5) Guarantee Your Product and Services: A guarantee is perhaps the strongest sales point when making a deal. A common misconception is that guarantees increase refunds. Most of the time they actually do the opposite. From past experience, if a person wants a refund they will get one. Make sure the customer knows you stand behind your product. You are there to help them, not take there money

6) Limited Time Offer: This has been used for years with much success. When you build a sense of urgency people feel like they may lose out. No one wants to miss out on great deals and fabulous services. You have to convince a perspective buyer if they don't act now your deal is history.

7) Make It Easy To Obtain Your Product or Service:Your website needs to be easy to navigate. The most important thing to be able to find is how to buy your product or service.Many people forget this point. It is more important then you think. This is why the website is up, right.

You have to get the perspective buyer out of there comfort zone.

The closing is what seals the deal. Reword your sense of urgency statement and give your best effort to sell. Throw in free bonuses if they act now. People love free stuff.
